Architects Questions Answered: Design & Customisation
Can you manufacture bespoke pull handles to match my design?
Yes, we can design a range of designs from scratch. If you have a design that you would like us to base it from, please attach it onto your email to sales@ashdoorfurniture.co.uk. We have a specific page on our website devoted to previous bespoke projects that can inspire and show our range.
Do you offer different fixing methods for timber, metal or glass doors?
We have a wide range of fixing methods that suit timber, metal or glass doors. Each fixing can be adjusted to the door thickness. We also have fixings that can be fitted inside the rebate of a door. Our fixings can be countersunk or there is the option of decorative caps or roses. We offer push plates to cover any fixing details on the opposite side of a single sided door, or we have a hidden fixing.
Can you supply BIM files or CAD drawings for these handles?
We provide CAD drawings on request once an order has been place.
What finishes are available to match our ironmongery schedule?
We have a large range of finishes. Our standard handles come in Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper and Aluminium. Stainless steel, copper, and brass can be satin or polished. Brass and copper can also have a weathered, antique, or hammered finish. We provide colour powder coating and PVD finishes. Our handles can also be bound in leather. They can also have timber, either as an entire handle or as a section of the handle. We also offer bronze anodised in a range of colour depths.
Can you supply matching push plates and back-to-back pairs?
We provide both single sided and back-to-back pairs of handles. We can manufacture matching push plates in any finish. If you could rather have a hidden fix on your single sided handle, that is possible with an F11 or F11A fixing kit.
