Do you have standard details for specifying these handles in tender packages?

We provide a unique quote for each project with the exact specifications that you require. We can also provide a CAD drawing upon order, if needed.

What’s your typical delivery time?

All of our handles are manufactured to order; we do not hold any stock. Our standard lead time is 10-15 working days but this can decrease if we have the capacity to manufacture the handle faster. Bespoke projects or particularly unique projects may require an extended lead time, but this will be communicated to you when placing the order.

Do you have stock for large contract orders?

We do not hold pull handles in stock, but we have a large reserve of materials to quickly manufacture large contracts. Our team are skilled at prioritising workloads to keep manufacturing speeds high, whilst maintaining quality. We have experience of producing many large volume projects for new high-rise buildings or renovations.

Can you provide samples for approval?

We can provide samples of our finishes on request, and we also produce sample handles for you to get a shape and feel of the project.
